Diabetes is a condition in which there is too much sugar in the blood. Children with diabetes usually have Type 1 diabetes, in which the pancreas doesn't make insulin. It is one of the most common chronic diseases in children.

These 'Speaking from Experience' video clips offer first-hand accounts from families living with type 1 diabetes. It was produced in partnership with Diabetes Australia VIC.
